In partnership with Manufacturing and Retail teams, you will provide essential HR support, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. This role will involve working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert HR advice to management and employees on all aspects of employment law and company policies.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and employee engagement.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
5. Provide training and development opportunities to employees.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and company policies.
