Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Head Office, Redhill
Reporting To: Estimating Manager
Role Purpose:
An Office Administrator is required to support the Work Winning team in managing tender processes and project launches for a building and construction company, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities of an Office Administrator:
Manage estimating mailbox and update tender log.
Create and track Tender Action Plans (TAP) and Launch Action Plans (LAP) alongside the estimating manager.
Compile and format tender documents.
Organise meetings and follow up on actions.
Maintain tender opportunity log and assist with Board documentation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.Requirements for the Office Administrator Role:
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook, and Teams.
Construction industry knowledge.
