Business Development Manager
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to specialise in service sales for a major manufacturer of industrial door systems. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility of working from home, covering a territory in the Midlands and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing their customer base, splitting your time equally between developing existing clients and generating new business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and nurture strong customer relationships, focusing on fostering long-term partnerships by addressing client needs and ensuring continued satisfaction.
2. Seek out and connect with prospective clients, actively identifying new business opportunities and engaging potential customers to expand the client base.
3. Conduct client meetings, review agreements, and secure service contracts.
4. Collaborate with sales colleagues across departments to drive consistent and unified sales efforts.
5. Ensure timely follow-ups on sales leads and maintain an organized schedule to prioritize tasks efficiently.
6. Direct efforts toward a pre-defined list of potential clients and manage accounts to achieve sales objectives.
Your Profile:
1. Experience in sales and service, preferably within the industrial door industry.
2. Track record of developing new business.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer needs.
5. Full UK driving license.
