Zeal Recruitment are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Plasterer to join a well-known maintenance contractor on a Permanent basis. This role will be working throughout the Coventry area within social housing reactive repairs and maintenance.

As a Multi-Trade Plasterer, your duties will include:

1. Reactive & planned repairs and maintenance.
2. Preparation of surfaces, plaster boarding where needed, skimming, patch plastering.
3. Carrying out repairs, including but not limited to: Carpentry, hanging doors, skirting boards, architraves, painting, basic plumbing, brickwork, slabbing, roofing.
4. Independent working, as well as team working when needed across various sites.
5. Travelling between multiple sites per day.

As a Multi-Trade Plasterer, you will need:
1. Experience within Reactive and planned maintenance within social housing settings.
2. Asbestos Awareness - desirable.
3. Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
4. Enhanced DBS to be taken prior to commencing the role.
5. NVQ level 2 minimum in Plastering.
6. IT literate.
7. High standard of work.
8. Good communicator.

The successful Multi-Trade Plasterer will be working for a successful business with a strong foothold within the maintenance sector. You will also receive a company van and fuel card, work wear, PPE, phone, tablet, 22 days holiday which increases with length of service up to 25 days plus bank holidays, your birthday off every year after upon successful completion of your first year, pension contribution, and access to discounts at a variety of shops including large supermarkets, clothes shops, and airport parking. There are great opportunities for overtime, and you will also be on call out 1 in every 6 weeks.
