Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage off-plan reservations through to timely legal completions to meet company targets
* Conduct appointments with prospective purchasers, undertake home visits and tours of show homes and village facilities
* Negotiate and close home sale reservations, handle enquiries, arrange and undertake viewings
* Follow up on enquiries, viewings and secure commitment to progress to the next stage
* Customer relationship management, undertake negotiations and secure reservations and progress reservations through to completion
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in being effective and target achieving within the New Home industry, experience working within the retirement sector preferable
* High level command of English, both written and verbal, self-motivated, target driven and organised
* IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel, well-organised with a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role within Rangeford Villages, where you will be responsible for managing off-plan reservations and ensuring timely legal completions to meet company targets.
You will work closely with the sales team to conduct appointments with prospective purchasers, undertake home visits and tours of show homes and village facilities, and negotiate and close home sale reservations.
In addition, you will be responsible for handling enquiries, arranging and undertaking viewings, and following up on enquiries and viewings to secure commitment to progress to the next stage.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in being effective and target achieving within the New Home industry, with a high level command of English, both written and verbal, and self-motivated, target driven and organised.
IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel, are also essential, as well as being well-organised with a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
