ABOUT THE ROLE: The KPI Optimization Analyst will support the Supply Chain Centre of Excellence (COE) by enhancing the quality and consistency of reporting across areas such as supply, demand, and customer service. This role is pivotal in optimising reporting processes, ensuring data integrity, and developing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Working independently, the analyst will design, build, and refine regular and ad-hoc reports aligned with COE standards, collaborating with senior management and other key stakeholders to address data gaps, improve reporting methodologies, and ensure alignment on strategic priorities. A strong analytical approach is essential to interpret outcomes, highlight critical trends, and provide targeted recommendations in regular leadership meetings, enabling business owners to focus on strategic actions without needing to reanalyse report data. KEY STAKEHOLDERS: · Vice President of Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with overall supply chain goals and objectives · COE Manager, collaborating closely to maintain COE reporting standards · General Managers of the sales business units, facilitating cross-functional alignment to drive performance improvements through consistent reporting · Cross-functional team leads in supply, demand, and customer service, working to create reports that drive actionable insights within each function · Data Management team, ensuring data integrity and supporting accurate, reliable reporting · Financial Controller, aligning financial insights with supply chain reporting for cohesive business understanding · BI Team, collaborating on data extraction and technical support for report development and innovation · Various internal stakeholders within the supply chain organisation who contribute to or rely on COE reporting KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Develop, refine, and harmonise reports across supply chain functions, ensuring alignment with COE standards to improve data accessibility, consistency, and insight generation · Analyse the outputs of reports and highlight criticalities / areas of focus, providing data-driven recommendations that enhance decision-making across the supply chain · Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and clarify reporting requirements, ensuring all reports are tailored to address specific needs effectively · Organise and lead meetings with senior management to present critical findings, encouraging data-backed decision-making and alignment on key strategic actions · Compile and structure data from SAP and other planning tools, as well as additional databases, to support report generation across various departments · Assist in the creation of COE reporting best practices and data quality standards, working with the COE manager to establish a framework that enhances reporting effectiveness · Conduct regular audits of reports and data sources to identify and rectify inconsistencies, contributing to improved data quality across supply chain functions · Streamline reporting workflows, enhancing report usability and reducing turnaround times · Develop and document reporting processes and procedures, ensuring clear guidelines for data handling, analysis, and report generation · Work with COE leadership to propose and implement new reporting tools and methods that enhance the visibility and utility of supply chain data · Conduct routine report reviews to ensure efforts are concentrated on the most relevant and valuable reports WHAT YOU’LL NEED: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline · Analytical mindset and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with stakeholders to meet diverse reporting needs · A passion for continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making · A positive, can-do attitude with strong teamwork and collaboration skills, supporting constructive relationships and a commitment to ongoing improvement · Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query (preferred but not essential); VBA knowledge is a plus · Proven experience in data management, reporting, and analysis roles, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality · Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and findings in a clear, concise manner suitable for diverse audiences across the supply chain · Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to identifying data gaps, developing effective reporting solutions that enhance data quality and support data-driven decisions · Solid understanding of core business processes and requirements within the supply chain, enabling the creation of contextually relevant and impactful reports LI-SK1 LI-HYBRID If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us
