Location: This role could be based in either our Wythall, Telford, London or Edinburgh offices with time spent working in the office and at home.

The role
We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a IT Resilience Manager to join our IT Governance, Risk & Compliance team.
The IT Resilience Manager is responsible for ensuring that Phoenix Group IT has a clear understanding of the Threats, Opportunities and Weaknesses that threaten to impact on Group IT. The Resilience Manager will ensure that we have considered plans for responding to impacts on Group IT that threaten the stability of IT Services either through an external threat or an internally created opportunity. The Resilience Manager will ensure that adequate plans exist and that internal Projects and Functions have considered the impacts of their activities on resilience and where necessary mitigation steps have been implemented.
What are we looking for?
1. Demonstrate experience of designing and developing IT wide Resilience Plans
2. Skilled in managing the execution of IT wide Resilience Plans both at a Senior Leadership and Functional level within IT
3. Demonstrate experience in the design and management of the IT Resilience process ensuring that the process is fit for purpose and accepted across IT
4. Able to demonstrate practical experience in the planning, development and implementation of DR strategies to ensure protection of critical business and IT Infrastructure
5. Previous experience in the coordination of various departments including InfoSec, to create and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans, performing risk acceptance and ensure recovery procedures are up to date
