The Job We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Administrator to join our dynamic estate agency team. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organisational skills, a polished professional demeanour, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, offering vital administrative assistance to both the sales and lettings teams while also managing and uploading engaging social media content. The Person Key Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Previous office administration experience, ideally within the property or estate agency sector. Familiarity with sales processes is beneficial but not essential. Skills: Strong organisational and time-management abilities to effectively prioritise tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
