Job Description Service: Community Planning & Development Closing Date: Tuesday 29th October 2024 Requirements This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Community Planning and Development team in Argyll and Bute. The post holder will be part of a Community Development team and will contribute with a particular focus on supporting communities in Bute and Cowal, offering community capacity building support, advice on funding, developing and delivering training, supporting community engagement corporately, supporting community voice in community planning, partnership working and providing information and resources to support communities to develop action plans. We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated individual with good knowledge of legislation and good practice in Community Learning and Development, good communication skills and ability to work as part of a supportive team across Argyll and Bute. You should have a relevant degree or qualification in Community Development or equivalent.
