We value ongoing professional development through opportunities to practice and harness your core therapeutic skills, reflective practice via team development sessions, peer support groups and continually reviewing the training needs individually. These skills are nurtured from the moment you join, with clarity around our team vision, values and standardised processes to help you get settled in.
Ask yourself...
Do you want to be part of a team where patients & staff would recommend the hospital services to their loved ones?
Do you like working dynamically & influencing the medical context to meet the needs of children & young people?
Would you like the opportunity to co-work with MDT members to create psychologically informed care?
Do you like having a varied job role that allows you to lead on projects and service development?
Do you like the idea of working in a large team of very experienced psychologists covering an expansive number of therapeutic models available for peer support?
We have a vision for transforming organisational culture to deliver trauma informed, preventative and psychologically shaped patient care that is equitable to the diverse needs of the communities we serve. We aim to find strategic solutions to the challenges that arise in seeing our vision through and invite you to apply if you believe you can make a difference. We welcome applicants who take pride in thinking 'team' and have a 'can do' attitude.
