Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Events & Operations Manager to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a small, independent venue that values personalized service and attention to detail. As the driving force behind our exclusive weddings and events, you will lead each occasion from initial contact to flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee exclusive-use weddings and events from planning to completion
* Meet with couples, plan menus, arrange show rounds, and manage correspondence
* Prepare and manage event schedules, coordinate staff rotas, and handle payments
* Lead and inspire a food and beverage team to deliver outstanding service
* Act as a welcoming figurehead for the venue, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests
* Manage other areas of the venue, including front of house, guest rooms, and occasional restaurant service nights
