About the role you're considering
Capgemini Engineering are looking to recruit Concessions Coordinators with knowledge of non-conformance within aerospace engineering.
A Programme / Operations Management activity that includes accountability for ensuring disposition and turnaround time of non-conformance submissions. Operational data regarding manufacturing concessions, production of metrics and KPI data from management tool, reporting to client Tech Leads and Programme Leads, liaising with on-site Capgemini Engineering and client engineers, monitoring client Kanban tool and allocation of work to the permanent and subcontract team.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role
• Accountable for disposition and turnaround time of non-conformance submissions (Concessions, Deviation Permits, DARs, TADs, FPAs and other QNs).
• Ensure progression of non-conformance submissions through to completion.
• Owning of closure of submissions. Obtain Quality, Output, etc. signatures.
• Run daily stand-ups, escalation reviews, and Concession Flow sessions with Capability Leads. Escalate issues to Lead Coordinator & Tech Leads.
• Measure (Quantity and Age) and weekly reporting required. Provide weekly update on the status of Concessions/DPs/DARs/TADs and FPAs to IPTLs.
• Containment actions and NCA liaison for TAD submissions on new arisings and drive for closure
• Coordinate priorities allocation for client and Capgemini Engineering non-conformance team
• Kanban Board administration to support the Capgemini Engineering Tech Admin team and client Engineering team.
• Monitor and progress data through an agreed workflow process.

Your skills and experience
• Leadership experience and ability to take accountability and direct resources to achieve goals
• Programme / Operations management experience and a proven track record of delivering improvements
• Works well in a team, but can also work on own initiative
• Understanding of Engineering/Manufacturing drawings, terms, and processes
• Excellent organisational, communication and people skills
• Methodical and logical approach to tasks, comfortable with working to deadlines
• You will be required to obtain BPSS clearance.

Your Security Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and checks required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
