We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to contribute to our company's growth strategies.
This role will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective lead generation and negotiation.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be commercially savvy, and have a strong understanding of the e-commerce delivery solutions market.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Source and convert new business contracts with SMEs and large blue-chip organizations.
* Identify and convert cross-selling opportunities across our services, including domestic and international mail, pallet movements, and medical distribution services.
* Collaborate with our telesales team to identify new business opportunities, industry verticals, and prospect pipelines.
* Attend face-to-face new business meetings to achieve targets and self-generate sales leads.
* Produce regular sales reports and pipeline activity reports via Salesforce.
* Strategically identify new sectors and opportunities to sell into.
