Job summary The West Devon Core Team are looking for an enthusiastic community support worker who is willing to learn new skills and support the role out of our physical health clinics. The role will primarily be supporting the team to undertake physical health checks and monitoring for patients who have a severe and enduring mental health illness. While some skills in this area are desirable full training and support will be provided for the right candidate. The team is well established with string managerial and clinical leadership. the right candidate will have the opportunities to undertake further training and develop a career in this field should they wish to. Main duties of the job Undertake physical health checks and monitoring for patients with severe mental illness.
