About Our Client

Job Description
* Promote a positive Health and Safety culture within the organisation.
* Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
* Develop, implement and review health and safety policies and procedures.
* Provide advice and guidance on health and safety matters to all staff.
* Lead investigations into any accidents or incidents.
* Deliver health and safety training to staff.
* Maintain records of inspections findings and produce reports suggesting improvements.
* Keep up to date with new legislation and maintain a working knowledge of all Health and Safety Executive (HSE) legislation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Health and Safety Advisor should have:
* Relevant qualifications in Health and Safety, such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
* Experience within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
* Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
* Proficient in risk assessments and accident investigation procedures.
