Our client a Microsoft Gold Partner are recognised as being one of the leading IT Support Companies in the UK. Based out of Hull they have an urgent requirement for a Field Service Engineer to support a burgeoning customer base.
The role will include but not be limited to:
Support and maintenance of computer networks at all levels, both on customer site and from time to time at company HQ, office via their Help Desk.
* To provide specialist technical support to my clients customer base and assisting team members on other IT and Telco installations and jobs
* Ensuring SLA’s are adhered to on support calls
To apply to this role Service Engineers are required to:
* Be Microsoft qualified – MCSE 2012 and have an excellent working knowledge of:
* Microsoft Server (2008-2012R2)
* Microsoft Windows (XP-8.1)
* Microsoft Exchange Server 2007-2013
* Microsoft Terminal Services/Remote Desktop Services
* Virtualisation (Preferably Hyper-V)
* Networking infrastructure, LAN & WAN technologies
* Firewalls/Routers
Applicants who are able to demonstrate an understanding of the following tehnologies will be preferred:
* Microsoft SQL
* Microsoft Office (2007-2013)
* Microsoft Office 365
* Acronis
* Activesync/Mobile Email
* xDSL Platform and Infrastructure
* HP s
* Cisco Meraki
