The Role We are looking for aCare Assistantwho is dedicated to making every moment count, regardless of their qualifications or experience. As a Care Assistant, you will need to be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment as well as have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of our team. Promote the health and wellbeing of residents, ensuring that their physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs are met inclusively. This includes facilitating social, educational, and recreational activities such as visits with family and friends, walks, and other activities of their choice. Ensure the health and safety of all individuals in your care, maintain stock and equipment, and adhere to Parklands policies and procedures.
