About the role We are looking for a Technical Administrator to join our high-performing Technical Department, to support the team in delivering best practice of beauty compliance, whilst building the necessary skills and knowledge to develop their career. Responsibilities Product Compliance • Provide administrative and technical support to ensuring: • Organise Tempo Box database across Victoria Secret and Bath & Body Works. Download and save compliance documentation. • Update Dangerous Goods Tracker • Support Beauty Technologist on Own-Buy sample approvals • All products in our Beauty range are compliant with general product regulatory requirements, such as the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), REACH, Food Imitation and Child Appealing, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), and Microplastics Restrictions. • The cosmetics products supplied to and sold by us are compliant with the UK and EU Cosmetics Regulations • The home fragrance products are compliant with CLP regulations and requirements about Safety Data Sheets (SDS) • Understanding of labelling requirements for Beauty (and Home Fragrance) as dictated by the Cosmetics Regulation • Ability to review CPSRs' for new brands. • Identify compliance risks on the levels of product categories and individual lines. • Random on market and online surveillance testing as part of due diligence process • Support Technical Team on Beauty Customer Service Complaints Brand Compliance Support the due diligence process for new and existing brand suppliers to: • Comply with Next Code of Practice (COP) and Modern Slavery policies, or the brands’ own equivalent • Form a key interface with brands, ensuring the brands understand regulatory requirements and Next Beauty procedures. • Communicate regulatory updates that affect our beauty range.
