We are working on this fantastic opportunity with our award-winning client who operates this lovely modern country Inn close to Richmond, producing modern seasonal menus using the best local produce from the local moors and the East coast.
The position offers aspiring chefs the opportunity to work within one of the region's finest kitchens, utilizing the finest products from Yorkshire & beyond, and using the latest techniques and equipment to create menus that are both classic in design and modern in execution.
The ideal Chef will have the following attributes:
1. Experience working with fresh food in a Restaurant, Hotel, or Gastro pub.
2. Ideally worked in a rosette kitchen, although a desire to learn is just as important.
3. Demonstrate at least 1 year in a similar position; no jumpy chefs here.
4. Desire & attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and maintain high standards in the kitchen.
5. A passion for their craft.
