5. Recruitment Process Management
6. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
7. Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
8. Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
