This post is required to support the delivery of the Trusts quality governance agenda by undertaking administrative work for the quality governance team. The post holder will play a key role in ensuring that current systems and processes within the department work effectively and efficiently by ensuring that necessary administrative work is completed in a timely way. In addition, the post holder will provide day to day support to the Associate Director of Quality Governance in ensuring the availability of key documentation for meetings as well as minute taking for meetings as necessary. The post holder will support the Trusts Central Alerting System Liaison Officer in managing national alerts and field safety notices, and data entry as required on both external portals and internal spreadsheets
