Veterinary Oncologist required for an independent multidisciplinary specialist referral hospital in Buckinghamshire, UK.
The Role
We seek a Senior Oncology Clinician to join our experienced and friendly Oncology team.
Qualifications:
~ Diplomates and Residency-trained candidates are welcome to apply.
Team Structure:
~ You will be part of a two-clinician team.
~ Supported by an experienced Senior Oncology Nurse, rotating Internal Medicine/Oncology nurses and Rotating Nurse Interns.
Facilities and Support:
The hospital is well set up for chemotherapy administration and have on-site access to electrochemotherapy.
You will receive full support from many disciplines in our specialist-led multidisciplinary environment. These include:
* Soft Tissue Surgery
* Diagnostic Imaging (with on-site CT and MRI facilities)
* Internal Medicine
* Anaesthesia and Analgesia
* Cardiology
* Dentistry
* Neurology and Neurosurgery
* Ophthalmology
* Orthopaedic Surgery

On-call weekends are remote only. The Emergency and Critical Care service manages new referrals and existing Oncology patients out of hours with remote Oncologist support.
