My client, a leading law firm based in Manchester, are seeking a Receptionist to join their team.
The Role
1. Deliver a professional reception service to clients, partners, and employees.
2. Keep the reception area tidy and professional at all times.
3. Meet and greet clients and visitors with a warm welcome.
4. Manage incoming calls, redirecting or taking messages as needed.
5. Set up telephone, conference calls, and AV facilities.
6. Organise catering and presentation needs for meetings and events.
7. Ensure meeting rooms and client kitchen are clean and ready.
8. Assist in preparing and running marketing events, occasionally outside regular hours.
9. Make travel arrangements and bookings.
10. Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks.
The Candidate
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
3. Proactive.
