Job Description
As a Finance Assistant, you will report into the Financial Controller, responsible for the production of accurate and meaningful analysis of large data sets on a periodic and ad hoc basis.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Payroll analysis
2. Control and reconciliation of balance sheet
3. Management of one team member
4. Work with stakeholders to build budget plans, review headcount and structure
5. Build relationships with other finance stakeholders
6. Support SLT with ad hoc projects and budgeting process
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
* Knowledge of working in an Accounts or Analytical role - Essential
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent numerical skills and ability to interpret financial data
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
