Position Summary:
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
* Enhance and maintain relationships with existing customers.
* Prospect and secure new accounts using modern tools.
* Drive market growth with new and innovative applications for the extensive product line.
* Collaborate with the General Manager and Sales Support teams to improve customer satisfaction.
* Implement and execute sales strategies to meet personal and company goals.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with proven success.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and CRM software.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent.
* Professional sales training (e.g., Carew, Carnegie, Sandler).
* Experience in Packaging, Waste Management, Recycling, or related industries.
