, authorities and accountabilities
1. Identifying learning and development needs and develop curriculum for engineers, scientists and developers
2. Building training resources either by curating, creating or facilitating the creation of content, including liaison with internal and external SMEs
3. Delivering and supporting the delivery of training courses including the logistics of in-person and virtual classes
4. Administrating of the training function including maintaining the processes and tools, as well organization & record keeping relating to training activities
5. Defining and publishing the metrics on training and development
6. Collecting feedback on delivered training, to implement improvement to either the process or the training content/material
Required Minimum Qualifications
7. Have a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, or relevant STEM discipline (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Training Design and Delivery.
8. Have 4 years of experience in an engineering/technology working environment
9. Have 4 years of experience working in Pipeline In-Line-Inspection
10. Possess strong skills in MS Office and Web Application interfaces with demonstrable experience of building training content in MS Powerpoint and/or other digital tools
11. Have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
12. Have excellent organization skills, and attention to detail
13. Be a self starter with passion, drive and energy who will deliver tasks & projects on time
14. Be experienced in influencing and gaining solutions across global teams in a cross-functional / matrix environment
15. Have experience in Continuous Improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, 6 Sigma, SMED preferred
16. Be able to relocate to the Calgary/Cramlington area if not currently residing in a commutable distance

21. The annual pay scale for this position is between $109,700 CAD and$120,000 CAD if employed in British Columbia provinces
