Business Analyst - HR System Transformation - Energy Industry - Contract Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support a leading energy company's HR system transformation. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing current HR processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring the successful deployment of a modern HR system. Partnering with stakeholders across HR, IT, and third-party vendors, you’ll facilitate alignment between business needs and system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
* Analyze current procurement, HR processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
* Liaise with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement system solutions.
* Ensure the system aligns with compliance, organizational, and data integrity standards.
* Support training, change management, and post-implementation activities.
Key Qualifications:
* Experience in business analysis, preferably within the energy sectors.
* Familiarity with HRIS, HRMS, or HCM systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
