Responsibilities
1. Maintain and develop client-business relationships.
2. Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
3. Implement CRM tools and techniques to promote an effective customer relationship management process.
4. Develop and implement CRM strategies and plans to retain existing clients and expand customer base.
5. Conduct regular meetings with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
6. Collect and analyse customer data to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
7. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
8. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to increase customer satisfaction.
9. Train and mentor customer service team members to deliver excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
