Job Title: Sanitation Supervisor – 3rd Shift
Job Summary: The Sanitation Supervisor will oversee daily activities of the sanitation employees on the Night Shift.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage all sanitation and cleaning operations.
2. Ensure proper cleaning of all plant equipment and the facility.
3. Educate and train all employees in cleaning procedures, SSOP’s, and safety processes.
4. Perform inspections of equipment within the plant to ensure cleanliness.
5. Schedule cleaning of the facilities, grounds, and equipment, and keep a master schedule.
6. Conduct internal and 3rd party audits.
7. Work with SQF (Safety Quality Food) and GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices).
8. Provide daily support regarding all sanitation and cleaning processes and procedures.
Education & Experience:
1. 2+ years experience in a Supervisory or leadership role.
2. Food Manufacturing experience is required.
3. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, or related field preferred.
4. Working knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
5. Food safety and quality knowledge.
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
