We have registered a fantastic opportunity for a Temporary Part Time Ledger Clerk to join our innovative client for a period of 4 to 6 weeks .
This role is to start immediately and is a part time role, working 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday. They can be flexible on start and finish times, but ideally this would be 8am to 12pm each day.
This role is fully office based, and there plenty of parking on site. Please only apply if you are content with this arrangement.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Part Time Ledger Clerk Responsibilities
Processing Supplier Invoices for BACS payments
Processing Purchase orders and Credit Notes
Producing Supplier Statements
Filing (hard copy & electronic)
Bank Statement Reconciliation for Direct Debits & incoming payments
Processing Monthly Staff Expenses
Reconciling Credit Card Statements
Supporting with Customer Order Processing - booking-in orders, shipment paperwork and updating spreadsheets
Processing Customer Order Invoices including Webshop & Paypal Payments
Scanning and uploading Proof of Deliveries
Supporting Month End Procedures by ensuring everything is entered before cut-off.
