We need an English-fluent AWS Engineer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: Design, configure, and deploy Amazon Connect for cloud-based contact center solutions. Develop and integrate AWS Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, and other AWS services to enhance Amazon Connect functionality. Implement and manage IVR (Interactive Voice Response) workflows, call routing, and real-time reporting. Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize customer interaction flows. Troubleshoot, optimize and maintain AWS Connect call center environments. Ensure compliance with security best practices and AWS Well-Architected Framework. Collaborate with development teams to integrate CRM platforms, third-party APIs, and automation tools. Provide documentation, technical support, and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Requirements: 3 years of experience in AWS cloud services, particularly Amazon Connect. Expertise in configuring call routing, IVR, and real-time analytics within AWS Connect. Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, and Step Functions. Strong Python or Node.js programming skills for API integrations and automation. Experience with VoIP, SIP, and telephony protocols. Ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-efficient AWS solutions. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions. it's Preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect / AWS Certified Developer / AWS Certified SysOps Administrator. Experience integrating Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM platforms with AWS Connect. Familiarity with AI/ML-based chatbots and voice assistants for customer service automation. Prior experience working in customer service, telephony, or contact center environments. Compensation: The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,000 - $5,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
