The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be a key part of an award-winning team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service. You will support customers with queries via phone and email, ensuring first-time resolution and a high standard of service.
Responsibilities:
Provide helpdesk support and advice via email and telephone
Navigate internal systems and processes with confidence
Liaise with data providers to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Investigate and resolve customer queries efficiently
Maintain high service levels and meet key performance targets
Take ownership of queries and follow up appropriately
