Job summary
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Craftsperson to join our small Accommodation team undertaking planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an individual who can apply a flexible and approachable attitude to undertaking a wide variety of building crafts for repair, refurbishment and maintenance of our residential accommodation for the Trust.
Ensuring the highest standards of visual appeal and material protection as appropriate to the building crafts in building civil engineering operations.

5. Minimum of 5 years Painting and Decorating or appropriate building or engineering experience within the NHS or similar environments.
6. Operation, maintenance and repair of NHS or equivalent building stock, its fabric, services, plant & equipment.
7. General building maintenance/repair including plumbing and electrical.

8. Experience of working in an Acute Hospital Environment.

9. Sound building system diagnostic and analytical skills with good problem solving abilities.
