We're looking for an Environmental Advisor to join our Transportation team based in Easton Lane Winchester. This role is predominantly based in the Easton Lane depot of the Area 3 contract and will require regular travel to other locations across the SE Region including Area 4. Location : Easton Lane, Winchester - remote working available, with travel to offices required Contract : Permanent Fulltime with some flexibility on hours available if desired, part time and job share considered just let us know when you speak to us Salary : £30,000 - £32,000 FTE per year £5k annual car allowance benefits What will you be responsible for? As an Environmental Advisor, you'll support the management of the environment for our activities under the Maintenance and Response Contracts in the South East, covering National Highways Areas 3 and 4. Your day to day will include: Support team activities and responsibilities by arranging, recording, compiling and producing reports Undertake environmental assessments for scheme and routine works carried out across the Area 3 and 4 network Raise potential breaches in legal compliance and provide solutions Advise the management team on incidents and lead incident investigations to determine and eliminate the root cause Demonstrate and ensure compliance with all Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality policies What are we looking for?
