We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management functions by providing comprehensive administrative support and accurate data input. You will be involved in a variety of different tasks and responsibilities including: • Provide administrative support to the property management team. • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone enquiries from various stakeholders • Maintain and organise property records and filing systems. • Accurately input and update property-related data into our internal systems. • Monitor and maintain databases, ensuring information is current and reliable. • Support the property team with ad hoc tasks as required. About You We’re looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially when it comes to data input and record management. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, as you’ll be handling multiple tasks and deadlines. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new property management systems. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with a professional and approachable attitude, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. While prior experience in property management or a similar administrative role is desirable, it’s not essential if you bring the right skills and enthusiasm to the position. A positive mindset and a willingness to support the team in a fast-paced environment are key to succeeding in this role.
