Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 (site based) Pay rate: Up to £16.48 per hour Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update employee records with accuracy. - Prepare and manage HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials. - Process employee changes such as promotions, terminations, and contract amendments. - Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. - Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data. - Assist with the administration of employee benefits and related queries. - Serve as the first point of contact for all employee HR policy inquiries. - Support the HR Manager in handling disciplinary actions and grievances. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: - Previous experience in HR administration. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Familiarity with HR systems and databases. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
