Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Freelance Bid Writing Trainer to deliver structured training and coaching for Graduate Bid Writers placed with our clients. This role involves delivering induction training, ongoing coaching, and bid-writing support over 3-6 months, depending on the service level chosen by each client. This is a flexible, remote position, ideal for an experienced Bid Writer who enjoys mentoring and developing new talent. Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in bid writing or bid management, with a background in training, mentoring, or coaching preferred. Contract Information Freelance contract on an ad-hoc basis, with flexibility to take on training sessions as demand arises. This role is fully remote and project-based, offering work as and when required.
