The Role:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring clients receive expert advice and cost management. Your responsibilities will include:
?? Cost Planning & Feasibility – Preparing feasibility studies, cost estimates, tenders, and life-cycle costing analysis.
?? Tender Management – Preparing and reviewing high-quality tender documentation.
?? Contract Administration – Managing post-contract procedures, variations, and final accounts.
?? Stakeholder Engagement – Building long-term relationships and providing strategic advice.
?? Risk & Compliance – Applying risk management techniques and ensuring compliance with relevant contracts and legislation.
What You'll Need:
? Degree in a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
? RICS Membership (or working towards Chartered status)
? Strong contract knowledge (NEC3, BCT)
? Experience in a similar consultancy or construction role
