Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support care workers in the community, ensuring quality service delivery.
* Develop and maintain person-centered care plans.
* Manage recruitment and rota planning for your allocated area.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and quality standards.
* Build relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
* Produce reports and maintain accurate records.
* Participate in the on-call rota and cover care calls when necessary.
Requirements:
* At least one year of experience working with vulnerable people in a care setting.
* GCSE standard in literacy and numeracy.
* Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Desirable: Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, supervisory management experience, and experience with care plan development and monitoring.
Additional Requirements:
* Access to your own transport (fuel allowance provided).
* Flexibility to work weekends on a rota basis.
