Recruitment/Contract Consultant
Overview
This is a temporary position initially with a view to extend or make permanent.
Hours of Work: Full time hours to be discussed and can be flexible but needs to meet the requirements of the client.
Based: DHL/The Range Doncaster Distribution Centre, Paddock Ln, Thorne, Doncaster DN8 4HT
Reports to: Contract Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver the highest levels of support to the sites aligned to the Client. This should include but not be limited to:
2. Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites.
3. Answer recruitment enquiries.
4. Screening, processing and onboarding candidates for induction & training.
5. Complete necessary right to work checks for all candidates.
6. Maintain best practice as outlined by the business.
7. Monitor and manage performance of warehouse colleagues.
8. Ensure accuracy at all times associated with the start to end recruitment process.
9. Management of all systems i.e., CRM, Online Candidate Portal and Unity.
10. Manage reporting on worker information with regards to sickness & attendance etc.
11. Ensure all personal objectives are always met.

5. PC literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Previous recruitment experience is preferable.
