Role Overview: Lead a team of Occupational Nurses and an in-house counsellor. Support a workforce of 10,000 across Derbyshire. Collaborate with Occupational Health physicians, counselling services, Health and Safety, and HR colleagues. Work with external customers, including Schools and District Councils. Responsibilities: Lead the team and work clinically. Deliver assessments, case management, workplace assessments, pre-employment screening, and health surveillance. Provide advice to colleagues and managers. Liaise with multidisciplinary teams. Based at County Hall, Matlock; report to Health and Safety Manager. Travel around the county; driving is essential.
