Job Description
* As an Associate Support Analyst, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and undertaking any relevant issue investigation ensuring all key information is accurately captured.
* Ensure an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction is met at all customer touch points.
* Perform and undertake all aspects of support service (telephone calls, web incidents, voicemails, call backs, e-mails etc.) to ensure the successful resolution of issues, providing workarounds when appropriate.
* As an Associate Support Analyst, you will enjoy working in a diverse environment where you have the opportunity to work with different customers on a day to day basis.

The Successful Applicant
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. Experience in handling customer queries via telephone, email, or live chat.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot and solve issues effectively.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
