The role:
We are looking for a Ward Clerk to join our team at Rivers Hospital, based in Sawbridgeworth. As the Ward Clerk, you will be part of our busy Ward and Admin team, dealing with our computer system - Maxims, ensuring contemporaneous medical folders while patients are with us, and answering phone calls from patients and visitors.
You will ensure that all admin processes are adhered to in a timely and professional manner, keeping patient paperwork up to date and supporting the wider Ward team with effectively managing all admin for the department.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn additional software
* Excellent attention to detail
* Previous experience of having worked in a hospital setting
