Main duties of the job
* ClinicalLeadership:
* Provide clear, visible leadership and supportfor Nimbuscares clinical contracts.
* Collaborate with the Associate Director ofGovernance to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effectivecare.
* Lead the risk management process and foster aculture of appropriate risk escalation.
* Ensure compliance with local, regional, andnational standards and access targets

* Identify trends and opportunities for serviceimprovement related to patient safety and experience.

* Implement and embed Nimbuscares PatientSafety Incident Response Plan and the Patient Safety Incident ResponseFramework.
* Ensure effective systems of internal controland clinical governance.
* Coordinate regular audits and reviews ofclinical practices with Nimbuscares audit team.
