The Graduate Program - what will I be doing?
You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team to execute the delivery of client consulting assignments. Every day is different, and every project is unique. Our consulting assignments are varied and include the design and implementation of sustainability strategies for our clients. You will support our clients with economic model development, analysis, and interpretation. There are opportunities to grow and develop with the company.
Who are we looking for?
A final year student or recent graduate (within the last two years) from an Economics or related degree discipline. We are seeking candidates with a strong academic record from both school/college and university, who are preferably on track to receive a 1st class degree result (including predicted grade) and a minimum of 2 x Scottish Highers’ in STEM subjects at A grade and above (or equivalent). Preference will be given to candidates who have a Masters level qualification along with relevant work experience.

Please note, successful candidates will be required to work from our offices in Aberdeenshire for the first six months of employment to support their effective onboarding and development. Following this, you will be required to work on a hybrid basis within commuting distance of our Aberdeenshire or Central Belt Offices and to join monthly in-person events in Aberdeenshire.
Positions will start from September 2025.
Candidates should have the permanent right to work in the UK as we are unable to offer sponsorship opportunities.

Following this, successful applicants will be invited to join our ‘Meet the Team Event’ which includes a face-to-face interview and technical presentation.
