What is the role?
To co-ordinate the delivery of an effective and efficient Estates service for both leased and vacant land and buildings.
The marketing and disposal of property, including the provision of estimates of Capital Receipts, preparation of Marketing briefs, property particulars etc.
Assist with the management of the Estates function to manage leasehold transactions including rent reviews, lease renewals and lettings and the undertaking of valuations and estates surveying work.

The Grade of this post is Grade 4 / Level 12; the hourly rate is from £27.88 to £29.58 and the annual salary is from £50,881 to £53,983.
The successful candidate will primarily work from home with occasional travel within the South Ayrshire area. Frequency for attending the office may vary depending on the exigencies of the service.
