Key Responsibilities Delivering projects from start to finish Cost control and management of contracts Develop Project Execution Plan in line with company procedures and client needs Define contract completion criteria and create closure plan Assist in crafting project proposals during bidding phase Review all project and contractual documents post contract assignment Manage project costs, budget allocation, and spending approval Develop and oversee project schedule, monitoring progress and identifying impacts Maintain project cash flow projection, flagging any risks or negative cash flows Lead internal and external project meetings, ensuring progress alignment Coordinate project activities across various stages for schedule adherence Generate internal project summary reports and communicate progress regularly Produce external project progress reports as per contract requirements Attend client meetings to provide project updates and status Review and approve invoices before payment Identify, log, and manage project risks and opportunities Manage changes to contract scope and develop variations or compensation events Oversee quality management, addressing non-conformances and issues Conduct formal project closure, including cost assessment and lessons learned documentation Minimum Requirements HND OR degree in engineering PM qualification Engineering background Heavy industry background Confident and experienced with the commercial side of project management as well as the engineering If so please send me a CV or number to and best time to call discuss further.
