Our Customer Service Team are the last point of contact before our customers travel and they pride themselves on leaving a lasting impression We’re on the hunt for a confident and personable Customer Service Advisor to join our Award-Winning Team, do you have what it takes? What you'll get up to Working within our Customer Service function, who handle all things after-sales, you will be the first point of call for all customer queries both pre-travel, and in-resort. You’ll liaise with our wonderful customers regarding any amendments to their holiday bookings and add any additional requirements they may need – upselling at each opportunity and going the extra mile to make our customers happy. You will ensure that all your communications are Data Protection compliant, and any payments are PCI compliant. You will ensure that all flights, hotels, transfers and extras are booked accurately, and related documents and correspondence accurately reflect those changes or additional requirements. About this role Location Office Based (Trentham, Stoke on Trent) Salary Starting salary from £24,500. Hours Full Time [37.5] Our Customer Service Team operates Monday - Sunday including bank holidays. Shifts are split over five days and weekends are 1 in 2.
