Our People and Culture (HR) Business Partner Team provide professional, timely advice, coaching and guidance to our all line managers and employees.
As part of this team, our Senior HR Advisors are crucial to providing excellent, best practice and legally knowledgeable advice.

Key Responsibilities:
* Working collaboratively with key stakeholders including our Trade Union colleagues.
* Supporting Senior Leaders and line managers in all areas of people management, including employee relations.
* Ability to build strong relationships and be adaptable in your approach.
* Prioritise wellbeing, compassion and inclusion of all our colleagues, whilst using your initiative and judgement to support managers with their decision making.
* Championing best practice, adherence with employment law, our values and behaviours.
* Providing advice and support to leaders and staff on a wide range of HR operational issues, including formal casework, interpreting and applying knowledge of employment law.
* Interpreting and working with data to develop understanding and insight, informing solutions.
* Acting as a role model both within the Trust and externally, demonstrating our Trust values and behaviours at all times.
* Working both autonomously and collaboratively with key stakeholders to improve our patient and staff experience.
Qualifications:
* CIPD qualified and/or relevant professional qualifications.
* Previous experience in providing HR advice and support.
