12-month Contract - Billings Administrator
Holt, up to £29,000 (Full Time)
Keeler Recruitment are delighted to have partnered with this prestigious organisation who are looking to appoint a Billings Administrator on a contract basis for 12 months.
You will be joining a small finance team, reporting to the Finance Director on a day-to-day basis, working onsite and full-time hours.
The position will involve supporting with:
1. Maintaining billings accounts and ensuring all information is accurate
2. Processing any adjustments
3. Reconciling to nominal ledger
4. Reconciling month end
5. Chasing up overdue debts and creating aged debt reports
6. Processing direct debits
7. Reconciling leavers accounts
8. Processing bank reconciliation
Ideal candidate must have current proven experience gained within a similar role, AAT Qualified or equivalent, knowledge of Xero/Sage/Ernie or similar accounting package.
